I am immensely proud of receiving the All-Star CRM Thought Leader accreditation. It's a great recognition of my peers for over 25 years of experience in CRM, helping businesses grow by developing and implementing their CRM strategy and tools. The accreditation process truly stretched myself and it gave me a structured opportunity to reflect on my story, my achievements and my CRM philosophy. As a bonus, it enabled me to stand-back and re-asses my own company's CRM & growth strategy and the value we create for our customers.
The opportunity to hear first-hand feedback from Kieran Ring, the panel and referees through the reference check round was immensely invaluable, and helped me crystallize what I believe CRM truly should be: "Any contact, through any channel, should be managed effectively and an organisation has to ensure that the experience is as enjoyable as possible - easy, informational, solution focused, with the least amount of hassle.
